Frequently Asked Questions
-How do I ship my knives?
If you need boxes, the post office provides free boxes for shipping. Simply go to your local post office and pick up a few Flat Rate boxes. They come in Large, Medium and Small.
-How do I pack my knives?
Some knives are fragile so they need to be wrapped carefully. If you don't have packing materials, we recommend wrapping the knives individually in paper towels.
Finally, very important- be sure to use plenty of tape on your box to insure that the knives arrive safely.

-What else do I need?
We highly recommend sending a packing list and include it in your shipment. It will contain all of your contact information, a knife count, and will assist us in expediting your offer.

What to include in packing slip?
1. Quantity
2. Description of knives

-How does the offer work?
Once the knives arrive to us, a member of our buyer's team will evaluate your knives and submit an offer back to you. If you accept, we will send a check. Most evaluations and offers are submitted back to you within 48 hours.
If you decline, we carefully repackage your knives and pay for the return shipping to you.
